We have a NO REFUND or RETURN policy. This applies to all products and services done at Esther Esthetics. By making a purchase & or receiving a service, you agree to the terms outlined on this policy. 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule & early arrival allows for a relaxed experience. Sometimes running late is inevitable due to horrific Atl traffic so I do give a 15 min grace period. If you run 15 mins later than the start of your appointment time, you will be charged a $100 & will need to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

We understand that life happens & sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know 24- hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after 24 hours or no call no show, will be charged a $100 late cancellation/ no call no show fee.
